SPORTS AND YOGA

At Sri Aurobindo Centenary E.M High School, Physical Education is an integral part of School curriculum. Our sports curriculum is designed for students to develop and enhance their strength, speed, endurance, leadership skills, time management and team spirit.

We offer a numerous sports activities and Yoga, which helps create individuals who are mentally and physically strong, are holistically developed, are instilled with team spirit and have love for sports. Within our curriculum, all the students are motivated to participate in sports activities.

Our Sports and Yoga coaches are highly committed to fitness and wellness of students. They have a vast experience in drawing out the best fitness instincts in students. Besides the regular sports period during school hours, we also coach students, after school hours for various sports activities.
